    When will my item/s be dispatched?

    All bags that are listed as ‘in stock’ on the website, will be dispatched within 24hrs. For items listed as not in stock, an expected delivery date will be listed.

    How can I pay?

    SCARLETT WOODS accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and also PayPal. 

    Please note that prices displayed on the website in Euros or US Dollars are only indicative (at the current exchange rate) and your card will be charged in British Pounds. If your card is from outside the UK, your order will be converted by the credit card company at the exchange rate prevailing when the charge is made.

    Is my information secure?

    The security and privacy of our customers is very important to us, and our payments are processed through Sage Pay, which uses an encrypted system to protect your details. You will notice that when you enter the checkout process the location (URL) field at the top of the browser begins with 'https:' instead of 'http:', which means that you are in a secure mode.

    We do not store your card details and will never pass your information onto third parties.

    How will my handbag be packaged?

    All our bags are carefully wrapped in tissue paper, inside one of our gift boxes, along with one of our signature tote dust bags. It is then carefully packaged in a brown postal box to protect it in transit. Should you order more than 2 bags in one order, they may be sent in more than one postal box.

    Can I send a handbag straight to someone as a gift?

    Yes! All our bags are gift wrapped in our branded boxes, and then carefully packaged to protect them in transit. This allows you to order a bag as a gift, and be reassured it will arrive safely.  We can send it straight to the person receiving it, with a personalised note from you. Simply mention if it is a gift and the message to include (in the cart section) in the box labelled '. If the person receiving the item would like to exchange the bag for a different colour, they can easily do this by contacting us with the order number included with their gift. However, they can only exchange, and not refund an item. Should the person want to return the item, they will need to get you to contact us directly.

    Is my handbag waterproof?

    As leather is a natural product, it can absorb water, and therefore this means that our bags are not completely waterproof and should be kept clear of any water. Please see our CARE FOR LEATHER BAGS page for more details.

    Will the colour of my bag look like the picture?

    We have done our very best to make sure the images on the website match the product you receive. However, leather is a natural product and therefore in some cases there may be variations in shade and texture. But this will not affect the quality or longevity of the bag.

    Are your bags all real leather?

    Every bag we sell is made from 100% leather with a nap suede interior.

    We are proud to work with a family that has been in the leather business for over 50 years & spans three generations. They are based in London & overseas, and with their experience, enthusiasm and brilliant artisans they bring our stunning bags to life.
